5 Shoulder Press

4 Push Press

3 Jerks (Split or Push)

45-65-95-115-135-155-185-205-225

Begin with a 45# bar and do 5 Presses, 4 Push Presses, and 3 Jerks. Continue to climb the ladder until you can no longer perform the shoulder press. Begin climbing the ladder again, starting where you failed at the press, but now perform only 4 push presses and 3 jerks. Continue to climb the ladder until you can no longer perform the push presses. Finally, begin the ladder again, starting where you failed at the push presses, but only perform 3 jerks. Continue until you can no longer perform 3 jerks.

    3 SABBPC (single arm beer bottle power cleans)
    1 HISWS (Hang snatch irish whiskey shot)

    4 rounds?

    I forget the exact amount of reps.
    In first few rounds my form was perfect, but near the end it wasn’t the best, but I got it done.

    Visited Crossfit Harington’s and Fiddler’s Green Crossfit both in San Fransisco. They have some dedicated crossfitter’s.

    Overall good performance, but since Zoning my stamina has gone down in these type of workouts.

    Did DCF 300 today at the station, wasn’t pretty but I got through it. DL’s felt great, Knees to Elbows did not.
