060911 Monday “Argument Gone Bad”

As a faster version of the classic “Fight Gone Bad” we have this little gem. This workout requires less time, less equipment, but still packs and intensity punch similar to it’s bigger brother.
One minute of each exercise doing as many reps as possible. After rotating through all the exercises, take a one minute rest before starting over. Today we will be doing 3 rounds.
Sumo Deadlift High Pull (SDHP) (45lb for advanced, 30lb for beginner)
Wall ball (20lb ball for advanced, 10lb ball for beginner)
Box jump (24″ box for advanced, 18″ for beginner)
