20 Walking Lunges with one 20 – 45lb dumbell raised above head*

20 Push Ups

10 Good Mornings with dumbell behind head

*Switch hands after 10 lunge steps.

This one takes coordination and stamina. Don’t forget to breathe during your lunges! Tip: to keep the weight steady on lunges, think “snatch:” Keep your chin up, your shoulder up tight to your neck, lock your arm, and keep the weight slightly behind your head.
