++ Next Workout Is Mon. Oct 16, 0600 @ Larkey park ++

With a continuously running clock perform one minute of each exercise, counting the total reps fo the round. Rest one minute in between rounds.

30lb single dumbell clean and 3 jerks (alternating hands)

45lb sumo deadlift high pull (or a 44lb kettlebell)

40lb lunge walk with a single 40lb dumbell locked out overhead (alternate hands as desired)
