For time:

15 Handstand push-ups

1 L Pull-up

13 Handstand push-ups

3 L Pull-ups

11 Handstand push-ups

5 L Pull-ups

9 Handstand push-ups

7 L Pull-ups

7 Handstand push-ups

9 L Pull-ups

5 Handstand push-ups

11 L Pull-ups

3 Handstand push-ups

13 L Pull-ups

1 Handstand push-up

15 L Pull-ups

If HSPUs are out of your league, do dumbbell presses. Make sure you are only using your arms and NOT bouncing with the legs at all (like in a push press).

The L pull ups can be substituted by doing jumping or kipping pull ups and Knees to Elbows for the same number of reps as the L pull ups.

    WAY TO GO KEV~!!!
    I did as many handstand pushups as I could handle, then switched to reg pushups with 30lbs on my back. Toatl 45 KTE. After a good stretch last night and this morning, the hami’s are feeling great. See you cats on Friday.
