15 Handstand push-ups
1 L Pull-up
13 Handstand push-ups
3 L Pull-ups
11 Handstand push-ups
5 L Pull-ups
9 Handstand push-ups
7 L Pull-ups
7 Handstand push-ups
9 L Pull-ups
5 Handstand push-ups
11 L Pull-ups
3 Handstand push-ups
13 L Pull-ups
1 Handstand push-up
15 L Pull-ups
If HSPUs are out of your league, do dumbbell presses. Make sure you are only using your arms and NOT bouncing with the legs at all (like in a push press).
The L pull ups can be substituted by doing jumping or kipping pull ups and Knees to Elbows for the same number of reps as the L pull ups.

I would also argue that lifestyle changes can also increase sexual performance as well as the ability to find willing partners. Interestingly, this leads one to notice hypertension and diabetes is providing an almost Darwinian effect. Fortunately for those unmotivated individuals not willing to change their lifestyles, they just widened the approval for sexual function pills to more men who are out of shape. -jj
