Workout “Lift and Push”
Today you have two options centered around the same two lifts, the Deadlift (formerly known as the “Health Lift” -no joke-) and the strict press.
Each lift will be using a percentage of your body weight. If you would like to scale the workout up, feel free to use larger percentages (150% of bw for example). If you would like to scale it down, cut the reps and try to keep the weights as high as you can handle.
Deadlift: 100% of your body weight
Press: 35% of your body weight
Option A is –
As many times as you can in 12 minutes:
Option B is –
21 reps, then 15 reps, then 9 reps of
