070326 Monday – Fight Gone Bad – Tabata Style

Nobody we know, just how we felt today…

This morning’s session was a scaled version of CrossFit’s Tabata Fight Gone Bad. We scaled the CF wod to accomodate a new DCF member who experience his FIRST EVER wod.

We chose 3 FGB exercises and gave them the Tabata test:

Wall Ball Shots

Row (calories)

Box Jumps (24″)

Complete 24 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest. Perform 8 consecutive intervals of the above exercises.

Congrats to Jason, who grinded through his first CrossFit wod without puking (on premises, anyway)!
