4 rounds:

27 Ball slams (20lbs)

65lb Push press

Glute ham developer Sit ups

If you have three people, rotate through each exercise as long as it takes to do the 27 slams. If you are working out by yourself, time the ball slams and use that time to do as many push presses then use the time again to do as many GHD sit ups (you can sub Knees to elbows if you lack equipment) as you can.
