“Elizabeth” or “Rescuing Liz from atop a Pyramid…”

Started off with standard Elizabeth: 21, 15, 9 rep rounds of Cleans & Ring Dips. For added fun, we tossed on a bonus of 3 rope climbs at the end of all 3 rounds…

Then, taking Marc’s lead…we added this fun little pyramid. You complete each pyramid before the next workout.

Pull Up Pyramid – 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

Ring Dip Pyramid – 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2

Ring Push Up Pyramid, Feet Elevated – 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2

That just hurt.
