I posted her pic today, because she has one of the best Kipping Pullup demos I’ve seen. Why kipping pullups? Today’s DCF wod is Mary –

As many rounds in 20 minutes of:

5 Pull ups

10 Push ups

15 Squats

    I did a variation last night. Didn’t know you guys were doing this.

    5 rounds of:
    5 one ring pullups
    10 30# DB Snatch (each arm for 20 total)
    15 box jumps @ 30″

    WOD as RXed. 13 sets in 20:00
    -1:36 to spot some loser on bench.
    -approx :45 (thought I was done, had 1 minute left.
    I hate interruptions, especially when It’s me that’s the idiot.

    Bought my Kettlebell (35 lb), Enter The Kettelbell, and a dvd this week.
