This morning at 0600H we introduced a CrossFit staple workout, Fran, to the new DCF crew. Who thought 21-15-9 could be so tough?

Thrusters, 95lbs

Great sub: 45lb Thrusters and Jumping Pull-ups.

    No oly bar so I improvised with a heavy rock I found outside my hotel. Around 75lbs I figure. Felt like 100, tore my hands to hell too.
