++ SATURDAY SHED SESSION @0600h MAY 19!! ++

Friday 0600h wod: 6,6,6 – El Diablo

3 Rounds (one minute rest between rounds)-

Max reps in one minute for each exercise:

1. Tire Flips (65lbs)- flip, jump in, jump out, flip

2. Press (25lb dumbells)

3. Box Jumps

4. Knees to Elbows

5. Deadlifts

6. Ring Push Ups

“If you have something to do, just get it done.” Mike’s Dad.

Josh ran out of gas on his way to The Shed this morning, but ran 1/4 mile to the gas station, ran back to his car and made the workout!! Now, that’s getting it done, DCF style.
