Workout (see results in extended entry below):

One round through the following exercises:

Tabata Squats

Tabata Push ups

Tabata Pull ups

Tabata Sit ups

One “Tabata” is –

For twenty seconds do as many reps of the assigned exercise as you can – then rest 10 seconds.

Repeat this seven more times for a total of 8 intervals, 4 minutes total exercise.

The score is the least number of reps for any of the eight intervals.

In this workout there is no rest between tabatas, just enough time to go to the next station.

Your score is the sum of all the individual tabata exercise scores.

    If I knew it was going to be that close, I would have tried to push out an extra rep or two on all the exercises (and would have puked for sure). I was pretty close to meeting pukie on this one anyway, the vest kicked my ass.
