Rick (one of our 0600 ‘fire breathers’) went to the Thursday Class and did Jackie (with 50 thrusters) at 7pm yesterday only to come in and beat everyone on this workout at 6am today (with 150 more thrusters)! Since starting he has dropped 20lbs, and is stronger than ever.
