100m walking lunges with ball
20 sit ups
20 Kettlebell swings
20 push ups
While your partner is completing the medicine ball toss and lunges, you have to complete as many rounds as possible of the sit-up, kb, push-up workout.
Post your time and number of rounds completed in the other exercises to comments. For a combined score, divide the number of rounds completed by your time (in seconds). Partial rounds don’t count.
(for example: 30 min (1800 seconds) to complete the entire workout, your team performed 9 rounds total of the other exercises, your score would be 9/1800 = .005 . The higher the score the better)
If you don’t have a partner, time yourself doing the toss and lunges, then use that as your time to complete the sit-up, kb, push up rounds.
