From the CrossFit Mothership (yesterday’s workout actually). Brandon’s performance (click to download vid) was so sweet, we had to pay homage.

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:

15 Double-unders

15 Burpees

15 Box Jump

15 ft Rope climb, 1 ascent

    Hey everyone,
    Strong work today. I made it up the rope 1 1/2 times, which is huge for me. I did 5 rounds and some change and got whooped.

    I think it whooped all our asses. I got 6 rounds (plus 15 extra burpees). Ouch.

    Finished out the day with some Overhead Squats and some Kettlebell work.

    OHS: 95,115,125,135,145 (F on 3), 145 (F on 1), 145!, 155! – felt good (like I could have done more, but didn’t want to press my luck).

    Finished off (at 6pm) with

    1.5 pood kettle bell

    hang pwr clean x3
    press x3
    hang pwr clean x3
    press x3

    Right arm, Left arm, 3 rounds each arm.
