Deadlift 225lbs

Handstand push ups

Scale as necessary. Have a partner spot you for the HSPUs, or use your legs hooked over a bar (Like Jorgy above). Another alternative is to use dumbells and do strict presses – the dumbell total weight should be beween 25 and 50% of your body weight.
