Complete in order, Dumbell Snatch 20 reps, Double Jumps 15, Push Press 10, Row 5. Then move to the next set of reps.

    1. 25 lb DB snatch, switched to KB swing after 2nd set (back problem).
    2. 4x singles for double unders.
    3. 75 lb. push press (20 and 15 broken sets)
    Something around 25 mins (slowest time).
    Dead tired.
