    95 lbs for both

    new PR on Turkish Get Ups – 75 lbs afterwards!

    Something over 13 minutes (slowest time by several minutes). 75 lbs for both. Elbows to knees on the front squats. Rested between sets after about half way. Had trouble with getting enough oxygen, Rob suggests breathing during the lifts. Good idea.

    Afterwards: weighted pull-ups, 3 reps with 35 lbs.
    Great workout.

    Happy Birthday, Mike. Hope you took a well-deserved day off; impressive on those pullups.

    Subnote: ran a 5k for fun today. After the last week of pain my legs just went through, on the grand scale of bad ideas, this ranked up there as pretty stupid.
