    Great wod – you want to stay on the bar as long as possible to avoid the damn run.

    Sarah: 47 Pull ups (asst) 5 rnds
    Craig: 87 pull ups 6 rnds + 300m
    Josh: 57 pull ups(!!) 5 rnds
