Article: How much should you exercise? The American College of Sports Medicine and the American Heart Association released the new national guidelines Aug. 1. Good news: exercise is recommended for good health (duh!). The bad news: brisk walking for 30 minutes 5 days a week is deemed satisfactory. For completely immobile people, brisk walking will seem like exercise, however, for most people, brisk walking will not improve fitness, health or, quality of life. Post comments below.
