Workout: “Filthy Fifty” or “The Chuck Norris” (also today’s WOD from the CrossFit Mothership)

For time:

50 Box jump, 24 inch box

50 Jumping pull-ups

50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood

Walking Lunge, 50 steps

50 Knees to elbows

50 Push press, 45 pounds

50 Back extensions

50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball

50 Burpees

50 Double unders

    Uhh, yeah, I forgot to mention that.

    Don’t worry, I got 35:45 (I think), one of my worst times ever. Didn’t meet pukie, but I did meet his darker, more urgent, and smellier brother. I attribute it to the wine and ice cream last night coupled with all the up and downs in this wod.
