0630 Metacon WOD

Tabata: Push ups, pull ups, sit ups & squats. No rest between exercises!

For each exercise, complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Count your repetitions for each round – and remember the lowest number. Add the low round for each exercise for your Tabata total.

Jorgy took home the prize this morning with 45 (7 pull ups, 14 push ups, 15 squats, 9 situps)

    Sarah, cool picture. Reminded me of Toshiro Mifune in “Yojimbo” when he was being spirited out of town after being pretty severely beaten up. He was in a big wine cask. The innkeeper rescuing him opens up the lid, Mifune sticks his well beaten head out looks around and smiles. The innkeeper says (after taking a frightened step back) “don’t smile, it’s worse when you smile”. Cracks me up whenever I think about it. Love Kurosawa.
