Workout:

Warm up Metacon –

3 rounds for time:

Run 200m

20 abmat situps

20 push ups

Then some max effort training with the Overhead squat (OHS):

3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3 (that’s 10 sets of 3 reps)

    Burton and I tied for 5:40 on the mini meta con.

    I was able to get up to 135lbs for 3 reps on the OHSs, but my back started acting up, and I didn’t want to push it. I might have stopped too late, because my back is letting me know it is not happy with me.
