Burgerner Warm Up – 45#

Burgener Snatch Transfer – 45#

Split Jerks 3, 2, 2, 2, 1, 1, 1 (work up to max weight)

Snatch 2, 2, 2, 1, 1, 1 (work up to 70% max weight – focus on technique!!)
