With a 35lb Dumbell, complete the following for time:

25 Turkish Get-Ups – Right Hand

25 One Hand Dumbell Snatches – Right Hand

25 Turkish Get Ups – Left Hand

25 One Hand Dumbell Snatches – Left Hand

    Brian and I were solo again on Thursday night 1900 hrs. Just a reminder…Brian drives out from Stockton and always gives us a great workout…show him some love people!!!

    Max Back Squats w/ body weight (mine is 135 lbs…don’t you dare laugh!!!)
    Max Walking Lunges

    Total 30 squats and 78 walking lunges for me.

    Then…

    Max Deadhang pull-ups w/ weight (my add’l weight is my butt and thighs, thank you very much)
    Max Push-ups
    Rest
    4 times

    Total 16 pull-ups and 53 push-ups for me.
