Spreading the Crossfit gospel in the old country

Well I’m back, today Ryan and I had some fun at the shed:

FILTHY FIFTEEN:

5 Rounds For Time of

15 Pull-Ups

15 Double unders

15 Squats

15 Deadlifts(135lb)

Then we worked on some techniques, basic lifts, kipping pull-ups and some other fun things

we do in Crossfit.
