Tabata Something Else

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are push-ups, the second 8 are squats, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are pull-ups.

There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

    62 push-ups, 58 sit-ups, 102 squats, 31 pull-ups = 253

    Need to learn how to kip more & sit-ups are pathetic. Could have done more squats. Last set of push-ups: 3 (sheese). Onward and upward. Great workout. Felt smashed.

    I have no idea what my rep count was…I was too busy looking/cursing at the clock. Either way, it hurt and it hurt good.
