    Matt’s fitness level is amazing, especially if you knew where he started just 9 months ago. He’s lost more than 30lbs, rows a 1:32 500, overhead squats more than 135, and more.

    P&S Wod:

    Rick: PJ 135, 155, 185, 205, & 225!! Frikkin’ stout man.

    Too kind, Craig. Actually you could say alot of the same things about Rick (including losing the 30 lbs). But then there’s the little matter of kickin my #@! on the run/row and both of ours on the push jerks. Kudos.
