    It was a beautiful day. Congrats Jorgy on your muscle-ups. You made them look so easy I can’t believe they were your first ones. You HAVE to teach me how to do one of those. Great food, great demo’s, great people. A fine, fine day. Thanks to all for creating DCF, thanks to coach for creating crossfit. Damn, I’m getting choked up. My wife Karen looked at the group pic and said “Are they all really that much bigger than you”. Yeah, except for Nate, he’s more normal size. They’re friendly though.
