CrossFit works!! Jimmy (deadlifting 305lbs) did the DCF Newbie wod in 4:03 this morning! A couple months back Jimmy started with DCF and did the newbie wod in 12 mins + (Kellie, his wife, did the Newbie wod in 5:50 this morning vs. 15+ minutes two months ago!).
