For time:

50 Box jump, 24 inch box

50 Jumping pull-ups

50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood

Walking Lunge, 50 steps

50 Knees to elbows

50 Push press, 45 pounds

50 Back extensions

50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball

50 Burpees

50 Double unders

Or Choice Of Either Triple Alternating Tabata

1. Squats- Box Jumps- Push Press

2. Double Unders- Kettlebell Swings- Dumbell Thrusters

Post time and number in lowest round to comments

    Another painful one today…gotta love workouts like the “Filthy 50” where at some point it becomes more mental than physical, especially when you get to the burpees and have the burning desire to quit and/or cry.

    I’m afraid I screwed up the timing on the Tabatas at least twice. Then I left the cap off the pen and it wouldn’t write. And I didn’t get coordinated with Heather on writing down the reps so hers weren’t getting recorded. I didn’t get less than ten reps on any round except a short round (15 seconds?) of box jumps. Push press was easiest followed by air squats. Box jumps were hardest because I’m a total spaz and screwed up the timing consistently. I’m writing this off to a learning experience. I hope Heather comes back.
