    Today it was left over day I dished out some more filthy fifties to Eric, Mikala and Juan, great work from all especially from Eric after yesterday 400m lunges work-out he did,I’m sure his legs felt like rubber this morning, mine did

    Moises and I actually did “JT” this morning as it was way too wet out to attempt to do pullups on the garage door bar.

    Shoulder stability is definitely still a major weakness of mine as at least 14 minutes of my workout were spent on the ring dips.

    Very impressive work everyone. That article’s information was very 80’s. I have to disagree. If I feed my body some protein and much fat, what will it run on all the time?

    In honor of Navy Chief Petty Officer Mark Carter who made the ultimate sacrifice for his country last week while serving in Iraq, the workout consists of:

    3 Rounds for Time:
    95lb squat clean – 30 reps
    Pullups – 30 reps
    800m run
