    DNF.

    First time doing the snatch (45 lb bar), I felt extremely uncoordinated. Made it through the first two rounds (broken sets of pu’s, resorted to the small band halfway through the set of 18). Finished the set of 15 pu’s, quit on the snatches because on every “hop and stomp” my knee was popping. Figured a DNF was better than risking an injury. Great workout anyway. I made a tactical error earlier in the day. I was off work, noticed the 1 rep max pull-up posted on the main site and gave it a try. Did a few warm-ups then one rep with 20, 30, and 40 lbs. If I had KNOWN there were 75 pull-ups in the evening workout I wouldn’t have tried the one rep max! Didn’t matter, my knee was the limiting factor (and my will to finish).
