    sorry i had to leave early from the 1200 wod. a screaming baby and working out don’t mix–sorry for disturbing the wod. and i was so looking forward to those 50 burpees… i think i did the four rounds in 30:48 if i read the clock right.

    I didn’t hear anything over the roaring in my ears and my own gasping and grunting. To say nothing of the overall bedlam and loud music. The normalcy of a crying baby would be music to my ears if I could only hear it! Baby’s and crossfit are a perfect fit.
