The Most Dreadful WODs For Me Come From The Navy Seals Sight. They Involve Lots Of Running And Movements I Am Not Great At, Thats Why I Love Doing them. From The Navy Seals’ Archives:

Pyramid For Time:

5 – 10 – 15 – 20 – 25 – 20 – 15 – 10 – 5

Push ups (On Rings Or Dumbells)

Dips (On Rings Or Dip Stand)

Overhead Press (65lbs)



3 Rounds

Run 400 Meters

50 Back Extensions

50 Sit-Ups

    i got one so far, and that was when i weighed 195, now i’m almost 205 again and i cant imagine trying o do that 15 times.

    thanks to eric for going with me i would have never of done as good alone especially on the running. it was a hard one and the feeling of pukie creeping up on me was cool cause its been a while. i didn’t actually meet him, but i looked him in the eye and said hello.

    WOW, had to break up some of OHS sets and 20 and 25 pullup sets.
