    Great article on “Getting back in shape…” Very pertinent. Thanks. Same for the video. Haven’t been in because of my elbow. I have to get serious about letting it heal up. Tweaked it again at work last week.

    not clemens’ at all. im actually working out with conseco and macguire trying to get my cft a little higher, they’ve introduced me to this thing called balco, they shot it into me but didn’t really explain what it was. when i asked they just said its what their trainers gave to them. and mike, when i first read that article i thought of you. not because your age or because the fact that you think you are out of shape but because of our conversation about how millions of people seem to lose their strive to get more fit the older they get. let your elbow get better and we’ll see you in the shed soon.

    At the 0600 workout, we did the pull up ladder and Deadlifts 3×7

    Bryan: 11 rounds
    JJ: 12 rounds with the 20lb vest

    Deadlifts:

    Bryan worked up to 310, but was doing singles at that point.
    JJ: 330lbs
