    no i did everything there was to do just no rest this time on exercises i needed rest on before. no breaks on kb swings, i only broke 3 times on knees to elbows, once on box jumps, sets of ten on burpees, 4 sets on wall balls. it made it so much easier, and to allow for no running into each other i started with double unders.

    rediculous WOD today i don’t know how i finished. i put a 40:00 time limit on so we didn’t drag on too long.

    this wasn’t an actual navy SEAL WOD, i made it up in SEAL format. it would be cool to see them put it up though.
