Don’t treat them as a reward, they should be visited more than your GP.

    I agree about the “hands on” therapists. I’m still amazed that my new chiropractor (Jennifer Klingstedt of Concord) diagnosed what was wrong with my back AND FIXED IT in about an hour and a half where my “primary care” doctor was clueless for several years. All he would do is prescribe arthritis medication which I wouldn’t take because I looked it up and it can cause heart problems. Dr. Jen takes very good care of my neck also. She has a background in physical therapy and has a degree in kinesiology and has been a personal trainer. Perfect for taking care of athletes. I’m sold on chiropratic now. For back and neck self care I’ve found the books of Robin McKenzie to be very useful. Good techniques for relieving pain and exercises for improving posture and avoiding the misalignments in the first place. I wish I’d paid attention to this self care stuff a long time ago, I could have saved myself some grief. Oh well, live and learn.

    thats okay, doing that much weight on a pull up really helps when it comes to doing hella muscle ups. so if i have to look like a tranny its worth it. haha
