    Josh – Great work! I’d like to see more videos on the DCF website.

    Is there a sub for ring pushups? I’m going to do the WOD at home tomorrow. I was thinking of doing med ball pushups (2 for each ring pushup) with a mini-basketball under each hand.

    did 140# for 15 reps but had to drop down to 135# for 12-9. grip played a huge par in this wod

    Changing weights = DNF according to the Mainsite! Ha!

    I did Gwen as well and after talking to Rick i decided to stick with 135 to start, but then i took some rest upped it to 140 for 12 and 145 for 9. Craig I think you were able to switch weight after you finish one round as I understood it.
