    Only Jimmy & me this morning….did the Bear. He let me choose 🙂
    I finished with 75lbs…I think he finished with 135lbs? I had only done this one time before and I had failed (or broken) my last set at 65lbs.

    Showed up early to PT and did some C and J. Hit 205 and missed twice at 210. Now that I can clean and jerk my bodyweight, I can practice OHS at that weight.
    After all the loy lifting, we did pt….
    Run 600M rest 5 minutes X 4
    met pukie as i crossed the finish line on lap four.
    Today was a good day.

    Apologies to the 8 AM crew. We’ve had some confusion with our MWF 8 o’clock class. Will clear it all up today. T & Th is Luca – like a rock – he’s always there.

    Beginning in June, we’re going to have quite a bit more morning and evening class times and open gym time for everyone.

    Thanks for your patience in the meantime.

    Just saw the 2:05 Fran video. What do you call those kind of pullups he’s doing? It looks like a weird kind of kip.

    I agree, he’s a stud, but those are weird. Chin ups on a split bar don’t seem to equal shoulders over the bar on a pull-up bar. Just my 2 cents.
