Stavros (right), one of our resident FireFighters, is at the CrossFit Level 1 Certification in Union City this weekend. He represented DCF well by having the 3rd best time in the Saturday workout, “Fran” at 4:38. This is a PR for Stav & remarkable accomplishment, given the amount of work he had to do all day at the Cert. and considering how many people attend.
