Fantastic day yest. Looked outside during Team 2’s wod and couldn’t believe how many people showed.

    Cupcakes outstanding.

Thanks for all the good food, folks.

  • Stavros

I added a bunch of pictures to the DCF Flickr account. There’s 150+ total now, check it out.

The CF Games are going to re-open for registration soon!

    Please watch the site: http://www.crossfitgames.com
    for details.

    Do not miss this opportunity.

Sorry I missed the BBQ. I won’t miss the next one. Fourth of July?

  • Carry

I’m so bummed I missed all the fun this weekend!
Looks like y’all had a great time.

Can’t believe Stav & I are the only ones signed up for the games after all the talk.

Also, my family and a few friends plan on coming….can they buy the spectator tickets there or do we need to buy them on-line before hand? Can children attend? I could always contact one of the folks from the WEB site.

Worked out this morning with Luca and Doug. Doug gets better everytime I see him! He has a great attitude and genuinely loves this stuff. He showed us an un-assisted pull-up this morning when he couldn’t do one two weeks ago. Can’t wait to see his next mile stone.

Carry – Craig mentioned in an earlier post today that the Crossfit Games registration will re-open soon.

My family and I had a great time at the BBQ and group WOD yesterday. It was fun seeing people from the other classes and meeting everyone’s families. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such healthy food at a BBQ. Maybe the desserts weren’t Zone but almost everything else was. 🙂

The Win’E group WOD was a blast. Jennifer and Yvonne were kicking but on those situps. Great work by everyone.

Does anyone know where I can buy one of those “Got pullup?” Crossfit t-shirts?

So who’s the “special” guy behind Rodil’s head? Hahaha. Looks like ya’ll had fun!

  • Luca Z.

Had a blast yesterday too, it’s great to see our little family growing up, so many people and so many babies, Doug’s hard work is paying off, I like working with him he’s always upbeat and ready to go, he brings great vibes to the gym.

We’ll be linking to Andres’ site soon highlighting the awesome Parkour stuff he showed us later in the day. You’ll have to email him and find out where he got the shirt.

Everyone who missed – DON’T WORRY, we plan on having an even bigger event in the next few weeks so stay tuned!

The next event will be a little more organized, and will be one where we want all of you to bring your friends and family who ‘thinking’ about coming to The Shed, but are procrastinating.

    Details coming soon.

Did Jodi today at work, a WOD from Crossfithardcore. A great resource for longer metcon workouts, they have some really exciting workouts.

    Good night at The Shed-

1600- Moises and Myself worked out
    Grace; 30 Clean & Jerk of 135#
    Stavros 7:07
    Moises 7:27
Then we tire flips and ended with a 1:00 L-Sit…ouch.

    1800- Scott & Mark L.
Mark did the full WOD from the main, solid effort.
Scott did a slightly scaled interval version with great effort as well.

    1900- Mike E.
Mike did a scaled version of the WOD as well, ran a solid mile to start his workout. I love seeing him workout, he pushes hard. Great stuff!

    Strong work Tuesday crew.

Guys, I happened to get a card from Andres, yesterday, before I bailed (hoping to correct that “Don’t Got Muscle Up?” problem I have now that Craig left me out to dry). Crossfit Marin also specializes in Gymnastics, and they also do other interesting things like birthday parties).
http://www.crossfitmarin.com. Crossfit and Parkour classes are in Corte Madera (at a Park), and Crossfit and Gymnastics are on Monday and Wendesday at Pyramid Gymnastics in Corte Madera.
Andres’ nickname is “Tortuga” on his business card. Expect work. 😎
