CF Games Workout #2:

5 rounds for time of:

275 pound Deadlifts, 5 reps (185 pounds for women)

10 Burpees (with clap overhead while airborne)

    I’ll post again to hopefully bring in some of the regulars that won’t be able to make it to the games…I’ll be at the Shed today (Sat) at noon for anyone that wants to join in the fun.

    Nate and I both witnessed that Chris did the little clap at the top of his burpies (even in set#5) when we did this on Thursday.
    Nate, we’ll miss you down in Aromas. Say “hi” to everyone for me. They might think you’re weird, but it might be a funny moment.
