    My goal is to get at least a 500. I’m not very strong at all when it comes to my presses as you can tell. I’ve been stuck at 65# for a while now. But PR’d on my DL. See, Luca? I did 175 last time and 180 wouldn’t budge. Total mental block.

    Not bad Sakura, congrats, that’s a huge jump from 175 to 215, when was last time you did Deadlift? How much shoulders work do you do?
