    Great article.I think it’s true in every way. I am blessed to have found CrossFit and shudder to imagine the waste of a man I’d be had I not learned some of the tough lessons it has taught me. Like Coach says, there’s nothing about crashing that makes you want to drive fast, but you’ll never get out of the slow lane if you’re not willing to step on the gas and let ‘er rip.

    In addition to being the day before Thanksgiving, today is also Day 51 of the 100 Day Pullup Challenge. If you missed the first 50 days, you can buy in today for a mere 1,326 pullups. You don’t have to do them all in a row, just get them all done today.

    I counted up the required pullups for the last 49 days of the Challenge, and apparently there are 3,724 pullups to go.

    Happy Thanksgiving, everybody! Hope to see a bunch of you in the mud tomorrow.

    I’m on the CF Main page cycle, so I did
    “Mr. Joshua” today at St.5

    Five rounds for time of:
    Run 400 meters
    30 Glute-ham sit-ups
    250 pound Deadlift, 15 reps

    23:57 as RX’d

    Tough WOD…ouch.

    6:31 A PR to be sure, but I know I have a sub 6 in me. My HSPUs just weren’t going well today.
