Workout: “Barbara”

5 rounds, Each round for time:

20 Pull-ups

30 Push-ups

40 Sit-ups

50 Air Squats

Rest 3 minutes in between each round.

Post time for each of 5 rounds and total time to comments.

    “BARBARA” once again proved to be a tough one, got the best of Miles, but in true CrossFit style he finished the WOD after a pukie break, nice job Miles.

    I arrived in Dallas and was already looking for a CF gym to go tonight, I am going through withdrawals. I have done some Tabata sit ups and planks but they are not enough besides I need someone to yell at me!!! lol. Well needles to say I miss you all very very much.
