    It was a beautiful day for Cindy… I was chasing a PR… Jaz was chasing me… and Sarah and Ivy were talking about boobies. What more could a guy ask for?

    My PR going in was 15 and Jaz’s was 14. With Jaz breathing down my neck the whole way, I put together 17 rounds and she PR’d with 16. I don’t remember what Ivy got (sorry), I just remember her conversation with Sarah.

    Craig, the secret to a 30 round Cindy is to get at least 16 rounds in 10 minutes and grind through the rest until the time is up. Either that or set up a timer and do a round every 40 seconds.
