    BTW, check out One World’s posted vid today. Will and Freddy crushed that DL/burpee WOD. I’m getting nervous about seeing him zip by me on Tuesday!

    The cold melted my lungs (and No, I am not going to do burpees for saying that, if you haven’t been to the 6am class lately, you don’t know what “cold” is).

    I did Badger (can’t resist hero WOD’s) this AM at SRFD st.5, had to do runs on treadmill (ugh).

    26:35 as RX’d

    PR by 2 mins, running on a stupid machine really slowed me down. Oh, and 90 squat cleans hurt.

    Nice PR, Stav. Jaz rocked a 37:13 with 55lb squat cleans. Jaz, if you continue like this, we’ll have to start calling you Super Jaz.

    New Guy Andrew, you’ve got the deepest squats I’ve ever seen. You should try to show up for the Olympic lifting classes with Craig– you’ll make really fast progress.

    Finally, today is Day 72 of the 100 Day Pullup Challenge. With the 90 pullups from today’s workout, I’ve done exactly 4,000 pullups during the Challenge (only 2,628 were actually required). Now the hard part begins…

    Killer times being posted by Diablo since the last time I was up there…sheesh!

    If some of you guys are up for it, There are a few CF’ers from around the area getting together on Saturday @ 10 AM at CF Unlimited, Austin’s box.

    Open invite. So far, it’ll be Will B from CFOW and myself. I’m trying to get Jason Khalipa to show up. It’s gonna be an epic WOD!

    Then Tuesday i’ll be back up in Walnut Creek. This is gonna be one of the best CF weeks EVER!

    Badger @ 0600 kicked my ass! I finished as Rx’d but it took me 46 minutes. Never in my life did I think I could do 90 pull ups in a WOD. What do ya know, this sh*t works!
