    Had fun with the Hang Squat Cleans, today. Got a couple at 175# (at 152# BWT). I definitely need to work on that front squat more… a lot more.

    In between, I went for the slow-motion muscle-up, and I got 2 consecutive! I also got my first bar muscle-up! It felt like the beginning of something WONDERFUL! =)
